2 oz compari
1 oz grapefruit juice
0.5 oz lime juice
1 oz ginger beer
60 ml compari
30 ml grapefruit juice
15 ml lime juice
30 ml ginger beer
Not suited for batch cocktails, because each needs its own ginger beer topper.
Place Campari, Grapefruit Juice and Lime Juice in a Moscow mule cup with ice. Stir vigorously to chill the cup and contents. Top with ginger beer and enjoy!
