The vibrant flavors of gin and Campari, complemented by a burst of fresh lime, a touch of orange bitters, all topped off with effervescent grapefruit soda in this tantalizing Grapefruit Gin Fizz.
1.5 oz gin
0.25 oz campari
1 oz fresh lime juice
2 dashes orange bitters
3-4 oz bitter grapefruit soda
45 ml gin
10 ml campari
30 ml fresh lime juice
2 dashes orange bitters
90-120 ml bitter grapefruit soda
Not designed for batch cocktails given the use of grapefruit soda.
Place gin, campari, lime juice and orange bitters in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a highball glass with fresh ice. Top with a grapefruit soda of your choice (I like a more bitter version personally).

2 pt fresh grapefruit juice
