Teaching is hard, but we love it anyway… but we love it sometimes… I kind of like it… well. Teaching is hard but we all love summer breaks! This drink is like that. Very bitter and also quite refreshing.
1 oz Campari
1 oz fresh Meyer lemon
1 oz suze
30 ml Campari
30 ml fresh Meyer lemon
30 ml suze
250 ml Campari
250 ml fresh Meyer lemon
250 ml suze
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously, and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Sip and let your hard days melt into summer break.
