Ingredients

2 oz rye whiskey

3/4 oz sweet vermouth

1/2 oz Benedictine

3 dashes absinthe

3 dashes Peychaud’s bitters

oz 1x

30 ml rye whiskey

15 ml sweet vermouth

15 ml Benedictine

3 dashes absinthe

3 dashes Peychaud’s bitters

ml 1x

275 ml rye whiskey

200 ml sweet vermouth

200 ml Benedictine

25 ml absinthe

25 dashes Peychaud’s bitters

ml batch

Directions

Place all liquid ingredients in a stir tin with ice. Stir vigorously until chilled. Strain into coup glass. Drink and enjoy!
