Muddled cucumber, mint, and lime, shaken up for a delightful lesson in flavor!
1.5 oz Gin
1 oz fresh Cucumber Juice (or 1/3 Large cucmber mudled)
1 oz Mint Simple Syrup
3/4 oz Lime Juice
dash Genepy
10-20 mint leaves
60 ml Gin
45 ml Fresh Cucumber Juice (or 1/3 Large cucmber mudled)
45 ml Mint Simple Syrup
30 ml Lime juice
dash Genepy
10-20 mint leaves
275 ml Gin
175 ml Fresh Cucumber Juice
175 ml Mint Simple Syrup
125 ml Lime Juice
15 ml Genepy
Place mint and lime juice in cocktail shaker and muddle. If you do not have fresh cucumber juice, slice cucumber, and place in cocktail shaker for muddling too. Once muddled, add in Gin, Simple Syrup, and Genepy (Genepy adds depth to the herbal qualities of this drink, but is not nessesary). Shake with ice, and strin into coup glass. Garnish with cucumber.
Note: You can substitute plain simple syrup for mint simple syrup, if using fresh muddled mint leaves. However, if creating a batch, it is much easier to use mint simple syrurp than muddle enough mint for an entire batch.
