Ingredients

2 oz sesame fat washed Japanese whiskey

1 oz fresh ginger syrup

3/4 oz fresh lime juice

1 dash of absynth

oz 1x

60 ml sesame fat-washed Japanese whiskey

30 ml fresh ginger syrup

20 ml fresh lime juice

1 dash of absinthe

ml 1x

400 ml sesame fat-washed Japanese whiskey

200 ml fresh ginger syrup

150 ml fresh lime juice

6 dashes of absinthe

ml batch

Directions

Place all ingredients in shaker with ice, shake and pour over one large ice cube in a low ball glass, or ceramic tea cup.
