the jungle bird, already delicious... want to step it up - add almond orgeat. it's amazing how the almond belongs with the drink known as the fake grapefruit drink.
1 oz Rum
1 oz Campari
2 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Orgeat
1 dash Orange Bitters
30 ml Rum
30 ml Campari
60 ml Pineapple Juice
30 ml Lime Juice
15 ml Orgeat
1 dash Orange Bitters
130 ml Rum
130 ml Campari
260 ml Pineapple Juice
130 ml Lime Juice
60 ml Orgeat
10 dashes Orange Bitters
Place all ingredients with ice into cocktail shaker, shake and strain into rocks glass with fresh ice, garnish with lime or spikes from the pineapple crown.
