The Paper Plane cocktail is a playful mix of bourbon, Aperol, Amaro Nonino, and lemon juice, in an homage to M.I.A.'s 2008 hit classic - I know when I sipping on one, "I fly like Planes."

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish by hitting play on M.I.A.’s 2008 classic “Paper Planes.”
