The Alpine Negroni is a refreshing twist on the classic cocktail, infused with the crisp essence of mountain botanicals.
1 oz gin
3/4 oz Suze
3/4 oz Cocchi Americano
3/4 oz génépy
1/4 oz lime juice
30 ml gin
20 ml Suze
20 ml Cocchi Americano
20 ml génépy
10 ml lime juice
200 ml gin
150 ml Suze
150 ml Cocchi Americano
150 ml génépy
50 ml lime juice
Place all ingredients in a stir tin with ice. Stir vigorously until chilled. Strain into low ball glass with a fresh square or round ice cube. Garnish with orange peel.
