A riff on the classic Last Word cocktail, that brings in cointreau instead of maraschino liqueur brightening it for any writing, not just the last word. We like to swap Green Chartreuse with Heirloom Genepy or Cloosterbitter (also made by some monks for hundreds of years), since green chartreuse is so hard to find.
