Traditionally made with green Chartreuse, which most people can't find. So we recommend Cloosterbitter (also made by some monks for hundreds of years) in its place. But other green Alpine liquors like Dolin Génépy will work as well—each adding their own variation to this drink. Given its simplicity, your choice of alpine liqueur and gin will have a huge impact on the final result.
