While booby bird traditionaly keeps to the ocean, this Jungle Booby, a tequila-based riff on the Jungle Bird tiki cocktail, clearly loves the jungle as much as my bar top after work.
1 oz blanco tequila
½ oz mezcal
½ oz Campari
½ oz orgeat
1 oz fresh lime juice
½ oz fresh grapefruit juice
1 oz pineapple juice
2 dashes of absinthe
30 mlblanco tequila
15 mlmezcal
15 ml Campari
15 ml orgeat
30 ml fresh lime juice
15 ml fresh grapefruit juice
30 ml pineapple juice
2 dashes of absinthe
150 mlblanco tequila
75 mlmezcal
75 ml Campari
75 ml orgeat
150 ml fresh lime juice
75 ml fresh grapefruit juice
150 ml pineapple juice
15 ml of absinthe
Place all ingredients with ice into cocktail shaker, shake and strain into rocks glass with fresh ice, garnish with lime or grapefruit or pinapple slice.

3 pt blanco tequila
2 pt fresh grapefruit juice
1/2 pt lime juice
2-4 pt grapefruit soda to top off
0.75 pt Punt A Mes
0.75 pt Campari
0.75 pt Mezcal
1 pt fresh grapefruit juice
1 dash orange bitters
