Switch gin for mezcal, cut the sweet vermouth in half, back fill with half a lime and - wow - now that is a Negroni!
1 oz mezcal
1 oz campari
0.5 oz lime
0.5 oz sweet vermouth
30 ml mezcal
30 ml campari
15 ml lime
15 ml sweet vermouth
250 ml mezcal
250 ml campari
175 ml lime
175 ml sweet vermouth
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake and strain into low ball glass with fresh ice, garnish with orange peel.
Note: Because this is a sour, it is best to shake it, where as a normal negroni would be stired.

1 pt fresh grapefruit juice
1 dash orange bitters
1.5 pt tequila
0.5 pt Campari
0.5 pt sweet vermouth
0.5 pt dry vermouth

1.5 pt fresh lime juice
1 pt blackberry-sage simple syrup
