1 oz Cilantro, Basil, Mint Simple Syrup
.75 oz Lime Juice
1 Jalapeño wheel
Soda Water Top off
60 ml Tequila
30 ml Cilantro, Basil, Mint Simple Syrup
20 ml Lime Juice
1 Jalapeño wheel
Soda Water Top off
400 ml Tequila
200 ml Cilantro, Basil, Mint Simple Syrup
150 ml Lime Juice
7 Dashes Spicey Bitters
Soda Water Top off for each indivisual drink
Place all ingredients except soda water in a cocktail shaker with ice (leave out Jalapeño if you don't like the spice), shake well, and strain into a small highball glass filled with fresh ice. Top it off with soda water and garnish with a freshly cut jalepeno wheel & cilantro.
