The Tia Mia is a smoky take on the Mai Tai that uses mezcal, Jamaican rum, orange curaçao, orgeat, and fresh lime juice.
1 oz mezcal
1 oz dark anejo rum
0.5 oz dry curaçao
0.5 oz orgeat
1 oz fresh lime juice
30 ml mezcal
30 ml dark anejo rum
15 ml dry curaçao
15 ml orgeat
30 ml fresh lime juice
175 ml Mezcal
175 ml Dark Anejo Rum
100 ml Dry Curaçao
100 ml Orgeat
175 ml Fresh Lime Juice
Place all ingredients with ice into cocktail shaker, shake and strain into rocks glass or tiki glass with fresh ice, garnish with lime wedge.
